About the Role QuadX’s Business Operations head would be in charge of ensuring the complex engine that powers the operations runs smoothly every day. He or She will lead a team of talented individuals from around the country to implement, develop and improve logistics processes for e-commerce with the ulitmate goal of building entrepreneurs by making selling online a frictionless experience.
HUB OPERATIONS
Lead more than 20 hub locations covering 100+ cities picking up and delivering up to 100k+ transactions per day MID MIL OPERATIONS
Implement best-in-class practices in sorting and distribution to ensure timely movement of goods nationwide CUSTOMER COLLABORATION
Lead the team that faces key accounts for day to day operational concerns, forecasting and sales planning as it relates to the capacity CAPABILITY BUILDING
Future proof operations by capacitating for 4x growth YoY Expansion of QuadX footprint into new provinces and cities Process optimization where there are constraints Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience in Supply Chain logistics: warehousing and transport MUST BE an analytical thinker and a problem solver with a GET SHIT DONE attitude Has strong business acumen and can relate operations problems against business objectives Works well under pressure Can manage big teams remotely Background in e-commerce About the Team The QuadX Operations team is composed of Business Operations, Process Excellence, Rider Management, Partner Management, Network Expansion, On-Demand, and Data Strategy. It is the responsibility of our Operations team to ensure that customer commitments are met.
