Generate sales revenues. .
Researches and identifies sales opportunities, generates sales leads, profiles clients.
Make corporate presentations.
Ensures proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
Does market researches
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Secretarial, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Possess strong and effective negotiation skills.
Must have Managerial /Directorship experience specializing in Property, Real Estate or Equivalent and managing large teams of Sales Agents/Property Consultants.
