You will be a vital Team member to monitor performance indicators of business, identifying causes/trends and drive data-based decision making through creation of insightful reports Support department heads in their analytical needs to help them make data-driven decisions by preparing, analyzing, and presenting data under the format of dashboards & trackers Interpret results of promotions and processes, making valuable suggestions to raise performance of future Work in diverse fields such as Operations, Account Management, Marketing, Sales and Finance Prepare ad-hoc analysis as well as regular reporting to ensure optimization of campaigns and processes Marketing analytics to acquire customers more efficiently: Analyze customer flow and ensure all measures will lead to conversion, marketing campaign effectiveness (customer acquisition, order growth) Operation analytics to improve the logistics efficiency: customer density analysis, delivery area optimization, vendor area optimization, polygon quality Sales analytics to drive the sales strategy: vendor density, customer choice availability, cuisine availability, basket size, median income At your side, you will have 1 additional Business Intelligence analyst to help you with your tasks Minimum Qualifications:
What do you bring to the table?


Degree in Business, Economics or a quantitative field At least 3-4 years of relevant experience is required Excellent Excel, SQL, Postgre SQL and data visualisation skills are required (Kepler maps,heat maps) Experience with Tableau Programming languages as R & Python are a plus Experience working with complex data-warehouse infrastructure & large data sets Ability to analyze complex problems and conceptualize actionable solutions with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with people from different departments Not afraid of challenging the status quo
