Business Intelligence Analyst (Tableau)
(Based in Makati City, Philippines)
Main Responsibilities:
Define and help to develop interactive dashboards for business reporting needs in Tableau
Interfaces with users to determine needs, uses and specifications of data requests and conducts detailed analysis of data requirements
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Explore and evaluate possibilities of deploying report automation to enhance business efficiency
Discuss technical design for complex report requests with team members to obtain optimum reports
Ensure all scheduled reports are delivered timely
Promote usage of Business Intelligence Tool (Tableau) across the organization
Automate process of business users using VBA and Excel
Create User Manual for all applications developed
Selection Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Science major in Mathematics, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
At least 5 years working experience in IT related to data warehouse and business intelligence support
Knowledge in analytic and interactive dashboards is a must
Experience in Data Visualization using Tableau
Experience in large relational databases and SQL programming. Good knowledge in MS SQL is an advantage.
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel/Access based in VBA development is an advantage.
Exposure in various business management softwares or ERP software (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Infor). Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is a plus.
Knowledge in SharePoint is an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
