Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY Business Growth Officer is responsible for making, running and handling business expansion locally and internationally.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage budget for each business expansion with Business Growth Manager and General Manager Manage and facilitate flow of essential information among company team members Establish quantitative staffing model to describe staffing resource level to execute strategies Develop an insightful analytical tool used by strategy owners to inform resource requests, execution decisions, strategy choices and potential tradeoff needs Assist business growth teams in utilization of inputs and interpreting outputs in business or office expansion Provide cross-foundation analytics to top management. Interact with suppliers, external offices, local and international government representative and consultancy services to develop technical understanding of conceptual structure Establish and record policies and procedures for maintaining and using tool and process, ensure data integrity. Update continuously user guide information for tool and resourcing process Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION/ KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
SKILLS
Proficient in MS Office
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Able to read and understand policies and requirements
Willing to establish and maintain effective working relationships

1+ years’ experience in related field

Environmental conditions:Business Growth Officer will have to serve a number of people, not limited to Business growth Team and will be given some tasks and projects to accomplish in a minimum time frame. The Business Growth Officer may find the environment in a fast pace and with multiple projects, thus, he/she will need excellent time management and prioritization skills to complete the required tasks
