Business Excellence Manager

Bachelor's degree holder in any field
Must have at least 7 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role; including project management and business analysis.
Experience of the whole project life-cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual stage, in the depths of systems testing at each stage in between.
Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs
Experience of designing remediation plans to address productivity and efficiency issues, and a proven track record of following through to ensure closure
Above average knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
Must be amenable to work in shifting schedules.
Must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certified
LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt trained (undergoing certification)
