Business Development Supervisor

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Overall in-charge of the Business Dev't.
and Technical Division of the Franchise Relations Department.
- Reports directly to the Franchise Manager.
- Ensure that the following tasks are done together with the Business Dev't and Technical Officer, Specialist, Graphic Artist and Admin.
- Site inspection (with correct lay-out and measurement)
- Site sourcing and acquisition (new locations)
- Weekly Site presentation to the FM/JCP
- For site inspection - (Location Study Form, Area Measurements and pictures of proposed location)
- Responsible for discussing the site inspection results to franchise applicant / JCP.
- For site sourcing and acquisition - taking into consideration the target market (direct and indirect competitors).
- Check and make sure that the Database and Trello System Maintenance is done.
- Assist in coordination with various divisions/ departments:
Business Development Division (BDD):

- Kiosk, Cart, Customized Counter, Food Truck (new and existing)
- Lay-out perspectives - (Elevation and Electrical Plans)
- Signage, furniture & fixture, equipment
- Marketing Collaterals
- Banners, Tarpaulin, Flyers, Collaterals, other Marketing materials
- Construction guidelines set by the Lessor

Material Management Department MMD:

- Construction of kiosks and customized counters
- Construction timetable - monitoring of delivery based on agreed date
- Accomplish Material Requisition Form related to outlet opening

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- BDD Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
