Executes and prepares sales contracts.
Oversees and monitoring of Project sites status and concerns.
Responsible for checking daily production report total deliveries or pick-ups by customers made during the day.
Oversees and prepares statement of account for processing.
Assist in account collection.
Prepares and oversees the preparation of expenses or commission vouchers.
Ensures that the Daily Sales and Collection Report is accurately prepared.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Civil Engineering or any related course.
At least 5 years of sales and operational experience at a batching plant for concrete.
With excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Must Computer Literate.
Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Possessing abilities in strategy planning, data analysis, decision-making, and leadership
Willing to do field works
Willing to assign in Manggahan, Pasig City
