Responsible for the identification of new leads opportunity and leads conversion activities in their assigned territory together with the Direct Selling Manager in order to drive company growth
- Assists the Direct Selling Manager in execution of field plan strategies to drive sales, recruitment, partner retention and business builder rank up
- Manage and nurture partner and business builder development, including the monitoring of monthly performance and activity, cascade and updates of company promo and programs
- Serve as conduit between sales forces and company in terms of providing feedback on current promotions and programs to management ( ie weekly report on KPI status, leads generation and conversion updates, promo analysis and feedback competitors' report and other reports, as required)
- Resolves dealers' complaints, provides action to improve sales performance.
- Presents and discuss the Pure Living compensation plan and product knowledge to customers, prospects and sales force.
- Maintains good relationship and communication with the dealers.
- Performs other sales related duties assigned by the Direct Selling Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Business Entrepreneurship and other related professions.
- At least three (3) years relevant experience in account management preferably in skin care or cosmetics or any FMCG industry.
**Direct selling experience-a plus**:
- Willing to travel and do field work
- Willing to work on Saturdays and holiday (if needed)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be an individual and a team-player at the same time.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
**Salary**: Php22,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
