Business Development Specialist

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reports directly to the Business Dev't.
and Technical Officer
- Ensure that the following tasks are done:

- Site inspection (prepares the lay-out and conducts actual measurement of the space)
- Site sourcing and acquisition (new locations)
- Weekly Site presentation to the FM/BDD Supervisor and Officer/ JCP
- For site inspection - (Location Study Form, Area Measurements and pictures of proposed location)

1.
Responsible for discussing the site inspection results to franchise applicant / JCP with the guidance of Business Dev't.
and Technical Officer.
2.for site sourcing and acquisition - taking into consideration the target market (direct and indirect competitors).
- Check and make sure that the Database and Trello System updating is done.
1. update the list of available locations for offering of JCP to new and existing franchisees.
2. update Trello to ensure proper scheduling is observed.
- Coordination with various departments / divisions:

- **Leasing / Building Administration**:_
- ü Schedule of Site Inspection to conduct space measurement and lay-out ensuring that all fixture and equipment shall fit.
- ü Store Construction guidelines

Lease negotiation (space location and rental rate)
2.
Lease offer
3.
Pre-opening and opening requirements
4.
Rent free period vs Opening date
5.
Handles Project Form and Cash Bond Refund for CFO's approval

Secures the design and layout criteria from lessors on behalf of the Franchise and FRD.
- Assists in coordination with various divisions/ departments:
Ø **Business Development Division (BDD)**:

- Kiosk, Cart, Customized Counter, Food Truck (new and existing)

q Lay-out perspectives - _(Elevation and Electrical Plans) _

q Signage, furniture & fixture, equipment
- Marketing Collaterals

q Banners, Tarpaulin, Flyers, Collaterals, other Marketing materials

q Construction guidelines set by the Lessor

Ø **Material Management Department MMD**:
q Construction of kiosks and customized counters

q Construction timetable - monitoring of delivery based on agreed date

q Accomplish Material Requisition Form related to outlet opening

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
