Respond to all client inquiries every day and provide helpful information and answer their questions

? Cold-calling of clients

? Sourcing of clients via different platforms

? Respond to client's complaints

? Follow up on pending client inquiries

? Text/email past pending and declined clients for monthly promotions

? Update calendar for the schedules

? Prepare the audited and approved cost estimate to be sent to client and send it to head once closed

? Send the job order with complete details to the janitorial department

? Prepare weekly report of Tele-sales

? Provide Cost Estimate to client

? Quotations for repair materials

? Secure the customer feedback form

? Increase sales

? Increase no of repeat clients

? Increase no of clients in OTC

? Hit target quota every month
