Promote managed ICT services to existing and prospective clients
Assess clients' needs and explain the managed services which meet their needs
Coordinate with solutions and service architect to create the proposed design and architecture
Create managed services proposals and scope of services and present it to prospective clients
Assist account managers in client negotiations and securing signed proposal and service contract
Facilitate turn-over to service transitions management group once contract has been awarded
Assist project implementation team during service provisioning as necessary
Acquire and update knowledge of managed service competitors and market conditions
Report on sales made and the marketability of managed ICT services
Follow-up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with managed services purchased, arranging modifications and resolving any problems arising.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration o related fiedls
Master's degree is an advantage
Preferably at least 1-2 years working experience in business development, product management, sales, or any related field in ICT industry; fresh grads are encouraged to apply
Strong presentation or story telling techniques
Strong collaboration skills
Strong negotiation skills
Have a very high interpersonal skill
Superb communication skill for both written and oral
Excellent organizational skill and ability to multi task
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, proactive, and can handle uncertainty
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
