Business Development Officer

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Planning, overseeing and developing new marketing initiatives.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Experience in leading a team and monitoring KPIs
- Preferably with experience in property insurance or a similar field

**Job Type**:

- Full-time
- On site (Madrigal Business Park) Mondays to Wednesdays; optional work from home Thursdays to Fridays

**Salary Details**:

- Php 45-60,000 per month

**Salary**: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
