Business Development Officer

Job Description:Identify and generate potential sales leads and contacts.Screen potential business opportunities by contacting potential partners, performing market research and analyzing market strategiesIntroduce and oversee new marketing initiatives.Communicate new product developments to prospective and existing clientsAssist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as digital advertisements, marketing events and website utilization.Develop business proposals and presentations for new and existing clients.Conduct training and presentations for brokers and business partners.Assist brokers and other business partners in product and business queriesPerform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.Job skills and qualifications:At least Bachelor's/College DegreeAt least 5 Year(s) of relevant working experience in the Non-Life Insurance industryExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsDetail-orientedStrong research, prospecting and strategic analysis skillsStrong negotiation and collaboration skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
