About the role:The Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating sales and supporting sales team operations, directly contributing to the acquisition of new clients and management of the sales pipeline.What's in it for you?Great working schedule (Mon - Fri, 6:00AM to 2:30PM / 7:00AM to 3:30PM)Accessible work location - Ortigas Center, Pasig CityCompetitive Salary PackageQuarterly Performance BonusRelaxed working environmentPromotes work-life balanceDuties and Responsibilities:Represent Loanwork’s to a high professional standard both externally and internally, making positive efforts to build and reinforce the Loanworks brandMaintain a knowledge of the Australian lending sector to understand topical news, key institutions, target client segments and customer needsMaintain a high level of knowledge of Loanworks transaction processing and managed staffing services. Have a good understanding of service delivery, value proposition, core processes and supporting technologyAchieve sales targets and pipeline conversion rates associated with acquiring new transaction processing service clientsGenerate successful sales outcomes through: o Researching, identifying and collecting information on prospective clients o Direct marketing to prospective clients o Lead generation calls to prospective clients o Preparation of proposals and service contractsSupport sales team operations through, o Preparation of proposals and service contracts o Assistance with organising seminars, conferences, etc. o Scheduling sales calls, meetings, etc. o Updating CRM recordsCoordinate and deliver localised client presentations e.g. capability and marketing presentations - collaboratively with the General Manager, Shared ServicesMaintain effective working relationships with clients - collaboratively with the Manager, Client Relationships and Director, Business ServicesMaintain effective working relationships with the Service Delivery TeamParticipate as an effective member of the Sales TeamQualifications:Tertiary level finance or business qualifications and accreditationsProficiency with MS Office applicationsUnderstanding of Australian mortgage lending operationsPreferred Skills:Prior experience in an offshore outsourced processing environment is preferableClient relationship skills and experience, capability to present confidentlyLead generation experience encompassing the ability to achieve sales targetsAdvanced communication skillsInfluencing, persuasiveness skillsSelf-driven and motivated with an ability to work independently, manage time and activity and drive sales outcomesOpen & honest team player who can contribute to Loanwork’s growth and expansion plans
