DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
Maintain a current understanding of marketing automation and HubSpot best practices, and apply them to the execution of program campaigns.
Worked closely with the Marketing Dept. to come up with unique strategies in terms of branding, brand awareness, content, audience acquisition, digital presence, online inquiries, webinars, expo, and digital platform engagement
Establish and deliver marketing reports, dashboards and analysis on program performance, conversions, attribution, and effectiveness.
Lead Generation
LinkedIn Management
Management of the Newsletters and Email Marketing campaigns – Remarketing Sequence from Hubspot and Woodpecker.
C-level Touches – Direct contact with decision makers to setup an appointment
Management of website inquiries shared by the marketing team and associated in Hubspot.
Familiar with Sales Scripting and Lead Scrubbing
Has good listening and communication skills; good command of the English language (a neutral American accent is required)
Can work without supervision and is self-sufficient (can function on his own given the proper tools)
Willing to work in an a shifting work location in the night shift (US daytime hours) WFH and WIO
Familiar with Hubspot CRM
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Mass Communication/ Marketing or equivalent.
Solid experience in Sales and Marketing
Solid experience in Business Development
Knowledgeable in marketing automation, HubSpot, Lead Generation and LinkedIn Management
Experience in doing Newsletters and Email Marketing Campaigns
Has a strong interest for growth and collaboration (teamwork)
Excellent in time management and able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively/efficiently
Computer literate, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Gmail and the adaptability to learn other systems.
Is business acumen, proactive, independent and results focused
Can work without supervision and is self-sufficient
Willing to work in a blended work set-up – Both Work from home (WFH) and Work in in the office (WIO)
Willing to work in a night/graveyard shift (US daytime)
