Business Development Officer

Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and explore new business opportunities. Manage existing clients and grow the business for large accounts Make regular sales calls Deliver sales presentations and apply consultative selling techniques to prospective customers. Formulate proposals and negotiate contract terms. Handle questions and inquiries about the company’s products and services. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports. Manage and regularly update account database. Assist Finance in collections. Develop and manage short and long-term strategies aimed at achieving target sales volume. Lead and supervise junior business development officers as may be assigned by the superior. Perform other functions which may be assigned by the superior from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
2 years’ experience selling software development services to enterprises in the following areas: telco, banking/insurance/financial services, healthcare/pharma, or high tech. Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to lead customer discussions Self-starter and can work independently and remotely Strong presentation skills and communication skills
