The BD Manager/Executive will report to the Head of Philippines. This position is primarily based in the Philippines but would work closely with other Partipost offices for cross market activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in the ever changing social media marketing with an ever versatile platform to meet marketing needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess at least a Diploma, preferably business-related courses but we welcome other diplomas.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills preferred as you will be facing clients directly
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Positive, entrepreneurial spirit and a great team player
- Proficient in GSuite, Powerpoint, Excel and Word
- Proactive and able to execute projects independently with little supervision
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development is required for Executive position
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development is required for Manager position, ideally in the advertising space
- Written and spoken fluently in English and Tagalog.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full-time Business Development Manager / Executive
- Identify new market segments and valuable brand/retailer prospects
- Pitching solutions to clients and handle objections accordingly
- Help develop sales proposals based on client's request and in response to Sales and Marketing strategies or product development imperatives.
- Establish and maintain excellent client relationships
- May lead to a leadership role as the community grows
