The Business Development Manager's role is finding new business prospects, forming alliances, and putting plans into action to boost revenue and strengthen the store's edge over competitors.
Key responsibilities include: Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Market research to find consumer demands, trends, and competition activity. Then, utilising this information, sales and marketing plans are developed and put into action.Collaborations and Relationship Development: Establishing and preserving connections with suppliers, vendors, and possible business partners in order to get beneficial terms, boost product offerings, and improve customer experiences.Budgeting and Financial Management: Overseeing financial planning related to business development activities, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that projects stay within budget. Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree of any course.
Has at least 5 years of experience in the field.
Has an experience as Business Development in a retail industry.
Must have strong and good interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Knowledge of functional roles in the organization.
Amenable to work in Chino Roces, Makati City.
