Job Description:
Explore new business areas to expand to, including coordinate with relevant teams to conduct market research, assess competitor landscape, drive ideation on the new product flow and model Develop partnerships with new partners, including discussing and understanding nature of new products planned to be developed, exploring potential commercial scheme, liaise with partners on key items/actions/requirements needed for integration/partnerships, draft and finalize NDA & PKS for partnerships, coordinate partners with internal key stakeholders (tech, product) Own end-to-end business & operational requirements for new product launches, including agreements, SLA and T&C drafting, and coordination with internal stakeholders Work alongside key internal stakeholders to ensure proper launch of new products, including ensuring proper product flow, UI/UX, product marketing and home/search experience Maintain partnerships with existing partners, including discussing joint promo/campaigns, monitor and discuss issues and penalties with partners in terms of SLA or other operational issues during execution Define key metrics to monitor for existing products launched (or to be launched) Perform necessary analysis and define growth strategy as well as own end-to-end growth implementation for existing categories Define best promotion scheme for each category, and monitor performance Monitor SLA and other operational metrics including customer complaints and success rates, and help to raise/address these with internal stakeholders or partners Drive internal stakeholder management related to driving new solutions or growth of existing categories, e.g liaise with logistics team to drive shipment efficiency for existing category; liaise with merchant team to drive up best merchant supplies for the category Work alongside product team to drive best-in-class customer experience and improve product metrics Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in any field A self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment Experience in business partnerships, new business development and/or strategy Experience in product management is a plus Experience in Banking Industry minimum 3 years Experinece in Financial Technology is a plus Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management Quant-savvy, structured, factual and data-driven. Ability to deep dive into data then elaborate clear and synthetic insights Strong sense of numbers and literate with basic analytics tools Strong people skills and project management skills Good Communication skills
