Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in either of the following fields: Engineering or any Business Studies/Administration/Management/Economics
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience, 5 of which is in a management position in the related field or industry.
Possess leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results driven and goal-oriented. Can turn numbers to strategies to achievements.
Highly motivated and has the ability to learn and become proficient with systems and processes.
Can effectively work with regional management as well as communicate and manage supervisory to rank-and-file employees.
Previous job role or involvement in Business Development or Management.
