Business Development Lead (For E-Commerce)

The Business Development Lead role shall be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and profits of the business.
You will work closely with the different teams to ensure we are steadily growing our business.
KEY RESULTS AREAS
- Develops a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Co - develops materials and proposals for the potential partners.
- Lead generation of business partners for potential business
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Responsible for all business terms and negotiations with different partners
- Prepare sales proposals and contracts to ensure closing of business arrangements.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Researching existing markets and emerging trends in the e
- commerce and retail industry.
- Use statistical data and analysis to make recommendations on potential for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with digital streaming platforms and alike
- To proactively seek out business opportunities that would lead to additional business
- Provide an efficient and effective way of tracking revenue from businesses closed
- Analyze the existing customer base or audience and current revenues from

QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Background - Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, Communication, Management
- Years of Work Experience - minimum 2-4 years experience in working in Business Development and in leading teams.

- Level of Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of the industry, and in particular of any niche or specialized sectors of the industry, and of current and emerging trends
- Provide detailed and organized approach to work while retaining an ability to see "the big picture" and an aptitude for planning and project management.
- Basic Analytics for Data to be used in understanding and growing the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php29,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
