**Job Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- At least 1-2 years' experience as Business Development Supervisor, Retails Sales Manager or equivalent
- Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- With good communication skills and pleasing personality
