Job Description:
Establish vendor alliances such as strategic and business planning, and other lead generating activities.
Coordinate appointments, meetings and calls between customers/ vendor partners and Sales Manager for new business opportunities and pipeline development.
Oversee and provide updates based on agreed action items and timelines.
Monitor and submit monthly forecast product target report and ensure accurate data.
Attend industry functions, such as events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
Obtain contact information of potential customers and qualify through cold calling, internet research and emailing
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Initiate and build relationships with customers through phone, marketing mailer campaigns, in-person contacts, and presentations.
Assess clients’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Create business proposals in behalf of the Sales Manager.
Must understand and able to articulate the core product solutions, new product developments and key selling points to prospective clients.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing Commerce or equivalent; Computer/ Telecommunication, is an advantage.
At least 1 year of working experience in sales, customer service or call center representative, account or marketing executive or technical support.
IT or Telco sales experience is an advantage.
Articulate and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Resilient, enthusiastic individual with strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
