Job Description:
The Business Development Assistant is responsible in conducting feasibility study for potential new store sites


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Identify strategic locations. Research on the property owners identification and background. Sending letter of intent and setting meeting with lessor for initial terms and conditions. Accomplishing complete Site Assessment report. Negotiate with the lessor. Securing complete checklist of contract of lease requirements. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year course (preferably business course). Work experience in retail company, leasing or real estate is an advantage. Experience in Site Evaluation for Site Acquisition. Possess strong business sense, assertive, and has good communication skills both written and oral. Should be adaptable with time & working environment. Must be willing to travel across region VI and do field work.
