- REVIEW SALES PERFORMANCE
Review sales performance, & identify branch sales hurdles resulting from process & product reviews
- OVERSEE COUNTER OPERATIONS
Oversee branch counters to prevent long queues, & resolve complaints from irate customers
- MONITOR SUPPLIES & INVENTORY LEVELS
Monitor counter supplies & products inventory level to prevent out-of-stock & expiry situations
- DEVELOP A SYSTEMS CONTINGENCY
Develop a contingency plan for systems downtime
- TRAIN SUPERVISORS
Train new Supervisors on branch operations
**Qualifications**:
- Preferably supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
- Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Bacolod
