The Business Analyst position will deliver timely business reporting requirements to support Supply Chain Planning operations. The position is expected to have a high level understanding of Supply Chain Planning business processes & information needs. He or she will also require solid skills in report change management and report simplification techniques.
Maintain operational reports, dashboards, and ad hoc reports with high accuracy and in a timely manner based on report calendar/commitment

Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data

Assist in the enforcement of reporting deadlines and schedules

Ensures that reporting issues are identified, tracked and resolved in a timely manner

Simplifies the reporting process through report re-engineering and automation

Work with Supply Chain Planning operations team to understand key reporting and analysis requirements, existing flows, goals, constraints, etc.

Accomplish functional requirement document required for new report and report revision requests

Works with report development team for new reports and report changes. Thoroughly tests new and revised reports, ensuring compliance to functional requirement specifications before deployment to operations.

Consistently delivers high quality analytics services to the Supply Chain Planning operations group

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or related course

2-3 years experience in a Supply Chain Planning analytics role working with complex data and multiple data sources

Strong MS Excel and MS Access skills; Tableau skills is an advantage

Experience in other analytics roles may be considered provided the candidate has exposure to Supply Chain Planning business processes

High attention to details and with excellent organization and documentation skills

Competent in managing report improvement projects

Must have good written and oral communication skills

Candidate must be willing to work in Rosario, Cavite
