The Role Responsible for oversight for our Business Analysts (BAs) in Manila. He/she will work closely with business and operations leaders in APAC, EMEA and AMERICAS in effectively and efficiently using Manila associates in the HRT resourcing model.

Twenty five (25%) percent of the role will be dedicated to leading the Manila team, with the remainder of the time spent in continuation of their current role and responsibilities (client work or other business support activities).


Develop a trusted advisor relationship with business and operations leaders (GRC) through efficient, quality execution of projects and effective communication
Oversee all aspects of delivery of HRT’s products and services by Business Analysts in Manila
Collaborate with business and operations leaders to develop new and streamline current operational strategies to deepen, broaden and build global relationships, including the management and deployment of staff to effectively deliver client work across practice boundaries if applicable
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across geographies and practices to effectively deliver on multi-faceted opportunities
Meet client delivery satisfaction goals as defined by the HRT business.
Assist Business Analysts in prioritizing work across multiple projects by ensuring they understand deadlines, level of effort required and client priority
Follow firm and line of business processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of solutions, information security, data privacy and code of business conduct
Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and solutions to meet clients’ outsourcing and broader human resources needs
Ensure that appropriate governance, work quality process are professional excellence standards are adopted on all work carried out
Assist Analysts in prioritizing work across multiple projects by ensuring they understand deadlines, level of effort required and client priority
Owner of the ISO certification process for Business Analysts in Manila
Monitor the workflow of Business Analysts in Manila and create an environment where they can meet their personal billable goals, including proactive outreach to Global client delivery team to ensure appropriate allocations and effective staffing;
Optimize Business Analysts’ productivity by monitoring and re-balancing project workload among team members to account for daily or short-term variation (absence, capacity, etc.)
Assist in developing and recommending standardized work processes, tools, and methodologies that improve quality and profitability
Consistently communicate and promote leadership decisions within the Manila community
Promote a positive culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration and team cohesion
Support the recruiting and on boarding efforts for Business Analysts in Manila.
Accurately evaluate the strengths and developmental needs of Manila Business Analysts and coordinate training as needed
Act as a sounding board for the Manila associates, promote effective communication with Global colleagues and project teams and consistently communicate and promote business leadership decisions within the Manila community
Provide performance coaching to Analysts, continuously identifying learning opportunities from daily work and reinforcing positive work habits/behaviors
Conduct regular, formal performance reviews for Analysts; create and monitor development plans; provide promotion and compensation recommendations to Manager for approval
The Requirements:

6-8 years of experience in human resources technology is preferred but not required
5 years up of experience as a business analyst focused on Software Delivery activities
Human resources, benefits or compensation program knowledge is a plus
Require strong business analysis, requirements gathering, webpage workflow, and writing skills
Excellent consultative problem solving skills
Expert data analysis, SQL and understanding of relational databases
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Project
Knowledge of the HTML and XML programming languages preferred but not required
Experience in web design/usability/information architecture
Experience with test plan creation, testing procedures and test plan execution is preferred
SharePoint experience is a plus

BS / BA degree or relevant experience
