General Description:
To develop, test and produce analytical and operational reports and metrics using SQL, SSRS, or equivalent reporting tools to assist the business in meeting operational objectives. Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures and identify risks and controls within the operation. Coach and mentor analysts in performing reporting duties. Adheres to technology architecture standards, technology risk management and security policies, and data management policies. Ability to independently review reports and develop analytical recommendations. Develop and execute upon reporting or analytical needs associated with business process changes. Manage analysts to ensure that reports are utilized to lead to analytical insight and data-driven business outcomes. Maintain and launch reports on a recurring basis, examining logic for alignment between multiple, dynamic data sources and business report requirements.
