Business Analyst

Standard Objectives:To analyze and design new business processes (via UML and use cases).
Knowledgeable about the workflows and procedures of the business domain.
To deliver and obtain user sign-off for complete and quality Business Requirements Definition using different analysis methods and techniques, within the timeframe.
To coordinate effective interaction between Exist development team and client users, especially on the area of development and testing, in order to deliver a quality system within the timeframe specified.
To coordinate closely with the QA team to validate expected implementation against the Business Requirements.
To carry out administrative and reporting tasks on a timely manner, complying with company policies and standards.
Requirements
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Management or any related degree preferred or equivalent experience.
With at least 2 years related work experience.
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must possess solid time and project management skills.
Must have strong deductive logic, reasoning and analytical skills.
