Client Industry: TECHNOLOGY (IT & IT peripherals) Job Description and Qualification:
John Clements Consultants, Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst for a leading provider of IT and communications engineering services. The work location will be in BGC but should be flexible to travel to other client location such as but not limited to GTP Boni.Primary Purpose
The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the communication gap between the business side and the IT throughout the application development lifecycle. The Analyst will interview clients to identify business problems and solutions and define these into requirements for the IT software development team. The Analyst is also responsible for documenting, analyzing and reviewing detailed business processes.Job Qualifications:
Degree Graduate preferably Computer Science, Information Technology or similar related course
With 3-5 years of BA experience in IT industry
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Technical work background in the area of java, oracle, cloud-based or other latest technology trends is a plus
Job Responsibilities (and other duties that may be assigned from time to time):
Gather, analyze and formalize the client's business requirements and processes that may help to reduce business cycle time and improve processes
Assess the client's business requirements and evaluate the viability and feasibility of possible improvement
Perform data collection and analysis, design and propose improvement around existing automation systems and business processes
Work with both testing team for software/application functionality testing and clients for user acceptance testing to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the design
