The Ecommerce & Marketing Division is looking for a web-savvy, solution-oriented business analyst to collaborate with multiple product owners and digital development teams to deliver the best possible User experience through our new digital platforms. This role will work with product owners and development teams to refine designs, properly scope and document epic/feature requirements and decompose those requirements to right-sized and consumable stories with clear acceptance criteria.KEY RESPONSABILITIES AND CAPABILITIES
Gather requirements through workshops and translate them into business and functional requirement documents.
Working with various teams on user experience, information architecture, user personas and user journeys, UI sketches and wireframes
Help define, translate & prioritize the business objectives for the ecommerce Department, ensuring that it fulfills the established vision.
Creation of tickets and documentation to reference bugs, change requests and epics. Ability to manage scope and prioritize
Manage requirement gathering sessions with all stakeholders.
Identify and reference processes and functions requiring automation
Manage and support recommendations from the Product, Customer service, Digital marketing, User Experience, and Development teams.
Build tools to automate and streamline processes
Communicates departmental processes and requirements to the project teams.
Develops functional requirements documentation in the form of tasks, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
Preparation and delivery of user training
Supports the development and QA teams.
Have the ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical users.
Help provide feedback and solutions to stakeholders to assist them in optimizing their use of the product suite.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst and/or 5 years in an influential ecommerce position
Experience with major ecommerce platforms
Capable of managing multiple projects
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate risks throughout the lifecycle
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent presentation, organizational, and planning skills
Experience using Jira or any task management tool
Experience with Analytics tool (Google Analytics)
Solid knowledge of Word, Excel & Power Point
Clear understanding of project management principles
Ecommerce: 5 years of experience
Business Analyst: 3 years of experience
