Business Analyst

ManilaEngaged in the project from inception to completion and ensures project gets completed within the deadline
Liaise between clients, stakeholders, business users and cross-functional delivery teams to oversee project cycle
Draw out requirements, analyse, perform gap and/or interface analysis, breaks up to number of deliverables in fulfilment of the desired outcomes
Understands the deliverables in the planning stage so as to be included in the management plan
Define and design effective technological solutions for business
Identifies project issues and implements solutions to ensure adherence to deadlines and specifications.
Organize and manage product backlog, create user stories, prepare business requirements documents, other documentations and materials needed on releases, project closure and training
Supports other team members by reviewing programs and documentation and making technical adjustments as necessary, mentors and trains new team members
Gather user's feedback, familiarity on issues and defects logs reported, validate bugs
Reviews test cases, plan and coordinates testing activities
Acquire sign-offs from respective stakeholders
Supports the product owner on the management and planning of project related meetings, guidance on product backlog prioritization, estimation and cost control
Performs the activities and responsibilities of the product owner on her absence
