Role:Viseven?Team is looking for a talented and ambitious Business Analyst with emphasis on gathering client needs not just requirements. This role is a unique mix of deep understanding of customers needs with technical acumen.

Responsibilities:
Analyze existing systems and understand the new needs of the business/audience
Conduct research on usability and customer experience
Clarify needs and segregate them into functional and non-functional categories
Present potential solutions, ideas, and recommendations that serve the needs
Document the discussions, concepts, and the finalized scope
Create visual materials to align stakeholders around user needs
Prepare mock-ups, user scenarios, concept of interactions, and flow diagrams
Presenting demos and explaining pieces of services that could be solutions
Represent the voice of the customer in the testing phase to ensure the solution is reaching needs
Required skills and knowledge:
At least 2 years of BA experience or relevant IT experience (PM, Account Manager)
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies basics
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Understanding of graphic designing, conceptual modeling and experience design concepts
Research and analysis skills
Understanding of the business area that the project is involved with
Detailed understanding of user solution design, technological ecosystem, and human factors
Ability to ask strong questions to help the team see areas that may lead to problems
Advanced level of English and local language both spoken and written
Local market expertise
Soft skills:
Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle and coordinate multiple projects at once
Documentation and articulation skills
Innovative and creative outlook
Will be considered as an Advantage:
Previous experience as an Account or Sales manager (Digital, IT, Pharma or Health)
