Business Analyst

The candidate is responsible for helping the company to decide on which products and launch strategies are likely to result in long-term financial gain. He/She will engage in market research, customer polling and help choose new products that fill a need and demand in the market. Prepares detailed functional/system specification documents for software applications. Works closely with application developers and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Supports Dev and QA teams to review their artifacts to ensure the right requirement is being implemented. ?Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably should not have gaps in working experience Required Skill(s): Strong analytical skills, Attention to details, Highly creative and innovative, Excellent oral and written communication skillsMust have BA experience in web applications and/or desktop applications and basic working knowledge of API interfaces. Experience of applications from scratch is highly preferable.Basic exposure to programming languages and database systems and SQL queries, while actual working experience.
