Job Description/ Responsibilities
Business Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to provide data analysis to support, compile and report key information for operations and business objectives. This is a position that affords you the ability to drive processes and improvement initiatives. By gathering and documenting business requirements and utilizing your sharp analytical skills to fulfill the needs of the business and/or clients, you will have an impact on healing the health care system.
Gather and document business requirements
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies
Individual will be part of a team of developers who work closely with the business to provide macros that will assist in improving productivity, efficiency and quality by automating repetitive keystrokes and data entry tasks. VB script, VBA and Macro Express are the primary tools currently used.
Lead and participate in discussions with project teams to understand the problem statement and capture requirements
Work closely with internal customers, business leaders, subject matter experts or knowledge holders to ensure macros adhere to processing instructions.
Assess and interpret the facts and needs of the business to provide innovative solutions to complex, nonstandard requests and problems and develop innovative solutions
Support ongoing system enhancements and process change activities.
Ability to own projects start to finish (Through concept, feasibility, development, testing and deployment)
Effective decision-making, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills will be critical
Completion of required documentation (process maps, business requirements and/or system specifications) in professional and efficient manner
Ability to diagnose potential risks/ issue and provide proactive program risk/ Issue management
Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment
Mandatory Skill Set
Expert level in MS-Office skills (includes ACCESS, Visio & Advanced Excel).
Should have Strong Background VBA, in Macro Express, .Net, SQL.
Should have experience in excel reporting
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience in business/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures
Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations
1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)
Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data
