Acquire in-depth understanding of the client’s business and project requirements
Coordinate activities and maintain communication with the client
Conduct and supervise research and legwork for information and data gathering
Understand, support, and be able to provide guidance and advice to wider account team on business management and project implementation functions
Collaborate with delivery teams and responsible leads to review processes and tools used for assessment of the quality and effectiveness of data needs and analysis needs
Write regular reports and craft slideshow presentations required by clients or by supervisor
Perform billing and invoice assurance activities, including investigations in the billing errors or the irregularities as well as demonstrate to create, modify and implement data feeds
Assist the billing team and account team with complex/invoicing disputes
College degree required
Graduate degree in a business or social science course an advantage
More than 3 years of experience in business consulting or work with an international development organization
Demonstrated ability to write reports and articles
Previous work with UN agencies or USAID an advantage
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, andPowerpoint
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate effectively with clients (written, verbal)
Ability to work effectively with other departments/units
Has the capability to be challenged logically or analytically
Knows business process, domain modeling, business processing modeling, solution conceptual design
Capable of working on 2 to 3 projects at any given time
