NetSuite GBU is seeking highly motivated, results-oriented professionals to join the NetSuite GBU Professional Services Contracts team. The team is a dynamic organization, chartered with providing mission critical support to field sales in all aspects of the sales process including, but not limited to: contract research, creation of price quotes, business approvals, deal structuring, contract creation requests and training. The team acts as a hub between Professional Services, Sales and various back-office teams. The Business Planning Operations Analyst serves a key role in the sales cycle – partnering with sales, sales operations, finance and other back-office teams to structure, create, review and approve deals/contracts. This role offers a wide exposure to all aspects and areas of the growing cloud business – great opportunity for candidates of varying levels of experience.
This position is based in Manila.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Execute Contracts team functions including, but not limited to: contract research, deal structuring, business approvals, order requests for varying levels of deal size and complexity
•Draft and process both standard and custom contracts
•Research and develop alternative contract verbiage within Oracle guidelines to meet customer requirements
•Support Sales team with questions on deals, sales policies and guidelines pricing/discounting
•Liaise between Sales teams, Sales & Professional Services Management, Finance, and Legal
•Manage assigned queues’ deal & request flow in alignment with priorities communicated by direct leadership
•Collaborate and build proactive, positive relationships with peers, managers, professional services sales and operations, shared services, and account teams to ensure consistency within processes, determine best practices, and work efficiently
•Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies. Be a sales advocate & partner to internal organizations to understand complex sales issues
•Strive to meet or exceed published service level agreements
•Work extended hours every month-end and quarter-end closings which could fall on weekends.
•Ability to work in fast-paced environment and shifting schedules
•This is a night-shift schedule supporting North American clients
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
•2-5 years of pricing and/or deal desk or contract experience is preferred
•Software project Management experience, specifically in assessing project risks, is a plus
•Must be a self-starter, highly analytical, with sound decision-making skills
•Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are critical
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with field sales, field sales operations and finance
•Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment
•An ability to operate independently with limited direction/supervision

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.
