Summary:
Oracle NetSuite is looking for Business Pricing Analyst who will lead and act as a data engineer to operationalize the pricing integration and management process –from numerous data sources and apply transformations for data quality and insights. The Pricing Analyst will work closely with the business users, project managers, technical teams like Sales, Solutions Engineers and source system data owners to develop pricing data pipelines to design, define and build new automation pricing tools by integrating the NSGBU products, pricing and project management algorithms based on the Professional Services Organization's pricing and delivery methodologies for all of its projects, or innovate the existing tool that best provides the basis for all the project scope, price, solution and other product offerings of customer engagements or services.Responsibilities:
A. Business Analytics and Dev't
Develop technical solutions to the Professional Services business problems, or to advance the company’s delivery and pre-sales effort that begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements then managing resources at the project level that can optimize business outcome
Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
Formulate, support and enhances the internal operations and processes of the global Professional Services practice for efficiency and quality by identifying pricing, delivery and project implementation requirements, initiating /implementing process improvements and associated documentation, system enhancements and maintenance, monitoring adherence/compliance to existing pricing policies and procedures
Provide on-going training to the Professional Services stakeholders' project scoping and pricing tool as new tools are releasedB. Project Management
Overall responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of Pricing Calculator projects or constant project updates
As a Subject Matter Expert and go to person for technical changes related to database and development of pricing tool of the services groupC. Reporting
Design and develop metrics, reports and analyses to drive key business decisions
Assemble and analyze data for business reports and assure data and calculations are accurate that provides a link between enterprise data and managementQualifications/Skills: Up to 6-7 years of working experience in Financial Analyst, Investment and Fund Management, Industrial Engineer or Management Consulting would be an advantage.
With experience building large scale enterprise pricing models using commercial and/or open source data management tools from vendors such as Informatica, Talend, Microsoft, IBM, Oracle or that in the same industry with business and technical experience in supporting a global ideal pricing structures and sales funnels with professional services organization both on-shore and off-shore teams
Strong business acumen and analytical skills: synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data; uses experience to complement data; designs work flows and procedures
Proficient in Javascript, java, C/C++, Microsoft Office application, Macro, VBA, SAD, Tableau Data Visualization and programming skills in JMP, Python, R or similar language is an advantage
With exposure of data manipulation languages such as SQL is necessary to build and maintain complex queries and data pipelines
Ability to spearhead collaborations, project meeting with several team with in depth understanding of Lead to Cash process with excellent verbal and written communication skills needed for robust reporting and presentation skills.
With practical appreciation of data quality metrics, remediation strategies, architecting skills including strong foundation in data warehousing and management concepts, data control, data governance, dimensional data modelling such as OLAP, metadata management, archival, data lifecycle management
Capable of working independently with a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and able to sit in front of a computer screen for long hours every day
Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and have the passion for providing guidance to growing customer needs and deliver great solutions to the business.
Experience working with change management and leading change to maximize results and meet deliverables on flexible hours to support global operations
