Building Administrator

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of experience as Building Admin or similar capacity
- Can start immediately
- Willing to be assigned in Frabelle Alabang Building - Muntinlupa

Duties and responsibilities:

- Acts as overall onsite point of contact of tenants for all service concerns.
Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with clients/tenants, service providers, and contractors/supplliers.
- Performs a wide range of administrative tasks
- Coordinates with the Project Development Head on building equipment efficiency and upkeep and utility consumption monitoring.
- Ensures strict compliance of the property with all government requirements.
- Ensures that all contracts of service provider are up to date.
- Assists and facilitates the necessary documents in the process of move in/move out of tenants.
- Conducts regular meeting with tenants, contract service providers, and contractors.
- Collaborates with Accounting and Finance teams on billing concerns, payments, and check issuances for tenants, suppliers, and contractors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
