JOB DESCRIPTION
• Create and enhance programs and policies for brokers.
• Leads, trains, and motivates staff to improve broker group sales performance
• Formulate and develop effective and innovative programs to entice external sellers and brokers to promote and sell Company's residential portfolios
Monitors the effectiveness and impact of individual programs implemented to ensure sales growth
Strengthens sales contribution of the broker network

• Establishes group and individual business relationships with broker contributors
• Effectively and efficiently provides quality customer service with broker network.
• Provides concrete direction on broker recruitment, accreditation, reactivation, and alternative channel distribution
• Oversees Training, Briefing and Site Orientation to Newly accredited Brokers and Agents
• Assists brokers in client sales conversion
• Ensures complete booking requirement and post-sales services to broker network
• Periodically conducts update, visit, meeting and call brokers.
• Obtains feedback from broker network on industry updates, events and current developments
• Ensures broker commitments both in sales delivery and event attendance with a prospective client(s)
• Monitors broker sales and performance with the broker network
• Submits Weekly Sales Progress Report and other relevant reports, files, plans as may be deemed required
• Evaluates sales performance of Broker Manager and Associate
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by superior.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• REB Licensed is required
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with real estate business and basic tax laws on Value Added Taxes and other taxes related to the business
• Ability to interact with people effectively as seen in the overall performance and sales production
• Ability to communicate well and professionally in both oral and written English
• Effective and Creative Plan Formulation and Actual Implementation
• Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner and resolve issues or concerns within the capacity of their position
• Effective and impressive selling skills that's mirrored and executed by subordinates
• Knowledge of customer service orientation and dealing with FAQ's and objections related to both selling and after sales
• Expert knowledge of the Real Estate Laws (RESA Law) and the Data Privacy Act applicable in the Philippines and general knowledge of international real estate laws and guidelines.
