**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Liaising with Australian brokers and clients to finalize loan submissions and settlements
- Ensuring compliance of mandatory credit and lender policies are in place
- Establish, maintain and build solid relationship with your account manager
- Proactively update Business Partners regarding the status of their deals.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Credit Team to answer service requests and business/client queries
- Building positive working relationships with all stakeholders including valuers, mortgage insurers and other third parties to maintain excellent service levels at all times
- Familiarize oneself with all of the Company's product suites and be able to handle scenarios posted by Business Partners.
- Provide additional analysis and financial support to regional and corporate business partners..
- Leadership as needed, for standard and ad hoc reporting requirements.
- Work with managements to help resolve questions regarding financials.
