Branding Specialist

Job Description:
Reports directly to the Branding Asst. Manager. Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials. Plans concept by studying information and materials. Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval. Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, printing services, advertising agencies etc. Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Ensure strong brand presence in online and offline channels. Research competition and identify opportunities for growth. Assist in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels. Participate in organizing promotional events to positively present our company. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent. With at least 2 years combined work experience in graphic design, marketing, advertising, and branding. Background in the call center/BPO industry is a plus Creative and proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop etc. Knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects is a plus but not required Strong attention to details Ability to work effectively independently with minimal supervision Highly creative, flexible, and can work under pressure. Develops concepts, graphics, and layouts for online and print advertisements and other marketing collaterals. Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City on a mid-shift (3pm-12mn) schedule.
