The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
Job Description:
Responsible for securing brand support by designing marketing solutions based on the brand’s strategy and business growth goals
Understand overall Shopee assets and relationship to executing marketing efforts of brands and Shopee
Work closely with key brands and sellers in co-marketing efforts to grow their presence and sales on Shopee
Work cross functionally to secure and schedule marketing assets for brands and deliver results
Monitor performance of marketing solutions availed of brands to ensure positive returns for the brand
Develop business strategies based on marketing performance reports
Participate in Joint Business Planning activities with key brands
Requirements:
Holds a bachelor’s degree with excellent academic record
With minimum two (2) years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present advertising solutions to multiple audiences
Extensive background in building influential relationships and delivering results in a cross functional environment
Effective analytical skills to develop recommendations and strong marketing plans
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate with other teams
Outstanding data analysis and presentation skills
Driven and a proven track record in hitting revenue goals
Strong team player and a capable individual contributor
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Flexible to work long hours on occasion
