JOB SUMMARY
The Brand Manager will shape a company’s outward image by leading the overall and day-to-day execution of marketing strategies for the attainment of sales and profitability targets. This involves translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies, overseeing merchandising activities to ensure brand communication is properly executed in relation to store operations to attain all sales and marketing objectives are met.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall Business Management:
Formulates a business plan for the brand, including sales plans/ targets, merchandising/ inventory plan, marketing programs and promotions, and budgets
Prepares and analyses monthly and periodic sales and inventory data for management, and recommends/executes action plans
Leads for the achievement of sales targets in stores through coordination of product, merchandising and marketing efforts
Oversee marketing activities of all Technopop stores to improved brand communication, sales performance and profitability
To implement on-time, effective, & efficient marketing activities to support sales target, growth, and brand equity.
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Achievement of sales target thru the implementation of various marketing activities.
Product/ Merchandising/ Marketing:
Gives guidance and work closely with Stores Merch Head in working on with the execution of all marketing related activities such as planogram and promos in line with business directions.
Managing product inventory and SKUs for proper monitoring and forecasting of products.
Coordinates with product department for product line-up/ range plan, category performance, and category growth; give feedback or recommendations on product development and pricing, considering the brand’s target market and to support or drive growth.
Together with the merchandising head to lead and oversee sales and inventory planning, monitoring and analysis and leads the team in ensuring correct allocation and product availability;
Checks for correct inventory level in the stores/ locations and on-time availability of merchandise in stores; Oversees pre-delivery requirements from Stores Merch such as Masterfile creation, product briefs, pricing and merchandise allocation by Stores;
Conceptualizes, implements and evaluates marketing activities: Prepares marketing calendar covering planned launches and sales promotions to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives; Coordinates with Creative team for required marketing assets and production of required collaterals; ensures execution in-store and in digital/ social media accounts
Together with the Merchandising Head, leads in execution of private label brands merchandising in-stores, for product launches and category sales growth; Works with Product and Stores Merch Head for 360degree execution of product/ brand in stores in terms of visual merchandising, product sales training, product push incentives, and other necessary product launches

Business Development:
Has an overview of opportunities for new store locations, given the desired market, competition locations and new malls or spaces; Finalizes yearly expansion plan
Prepares brand and store format presentations; helps assess business feasibility of new store locations
Coordinates with Store Planner for new store formats and planning of new stores; Oversees project management for new store openings, including schedules, permit and regulatory, POS system, staff hiring and training, merchandise allocation, and all requirements
