The overall role of the Brand Assistant is to create consumer demand, he/she shall help in the formulation of the brand's long term strategy and in the development and execution of identified marketing plans. The Brand Assistant shall be responsible for the day-to-day requirements of brand management and executing and operationalizing the company and brand’s thrusts and strategies. The Brand Assistant is responsible for driving awareness, trial and purchase of the brand trade level, ultimately delivering the brand's profit, volume, and market share objectives, as well as the brand's overall health. Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Marketing or Business Management. With at least 1-2 years of experience in the same or related field (Marketing, Sales, and Trade). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage
