Job Description:
Sponsorship & Partnership Strategy - Support Head of Brand to develop partnership & sponsorship strategy beyond just event sponsorship Regional Strategy - Develop activation strategy that can implement in regional level and develop the playbook for any sponsorship & partnership event in all level of activations (Small, medium, big) which includes content & promotional materials for pre-during-post event Activation Execution & monitoring - Manage internal stakeholders & in strategy & execution of brand activation projects. Ensure each activation details are optimized, help to strengthen the brand imagery, fulfill business objectives and without risking time delivery. Excellence execution - develop and execute comprehensive brief for creative and offline team to create an end to end consumer experience in any form of activation Budget Execution - Effectively manage budget utilization with details cost reviews. Maximize activation KPI without jeopardizing the quality of output. Report & Evaluation - Develop report with strong analysis and structured fact findings to be shared to all affected parties (Internal & External) Minimum Qualifications:
Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) in all disciplines, preferably in Graphic Design, Architecture, Communication, Business or Management Had a working experience as a Brand Activation/Marketing Communication/Marketing Support in FMCG, cigarette company or agencies More than 5 years of professional experience in Brand Activation/Marketing Communication/Marketing Support/Agency in related companies Knowledge of offset printing process, Graphic design, TVC, digital marketing or other related design/event/marketing management process English fluency in speaking and writing Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to persuade and influence is a must. Highly confident and capable in leading massive cross-functional efforts and coordinations
