Branch Supervisor | El Nido Palawan

Job Description:
Manage day-today aspect of the business; Work with wide range of employees, customers, vendors and third party contractors to achieve business targets; Oversee operational effectiveness and quality; Achieve and Increase sales and revenue; Handles escalated customer issues and requests; Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly department reports; Report and make recommendations to Management regarding department improvements; Have sound project management strategies in place to ensure that projects are successfully implemented and providing benefits to the business; Perform other duties as requested by the Management. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field Preferably supervisor/assistant manager/manager or equivalent Strong background in customer relations Good communication skills Excellent organizational skills Team-oriented
