A branch service assistant is primarily responsible in handling serving of policy. To be able to attend the queries and needs of the policy holders, explains the benefits of the policies in the event of surrender or stoppage and forwards to the processor the request for policy benefits for timely process of request. Release policy contract to the policy holder or through the agent. Handles cashiering functions in case the Branch Service Associate is on leave.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Business related course, knowledgeable in cash handling.
• Results oriented with administration skills, honest, trustworthy, committed and focused.
• With good communication skills, Bookkeeping, Customer Service & Computer skills
• Must be punctual, prompt in submission of reports, conscious in her daily activities in the office.
• Applicants with relevant work experience will be given preference.
