Branch Operations Officer - Palo, Leyte

The BOO is generally tasked to ensure that all policies, guidelines, procedures and internal controls set by Management and other regulatory bodies such as Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), etc. , are complied with and undertaken by the Branch.
The BOO is generally responsible for managing and controlling branch operational risks.
The BOO shall ensure adherence to existing internal control procedures while maintaining the highest quality of service.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): good decision making skills, excellent oral communication skills
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Willing to be based in Palo, Leyte
